Silver pick-up truck parked in the driveway for several weeks is filled with bags of household garbage as well. Flies, vermin, etc. Unclear why the various tenants are not taking the garbage to the county landfill just down the road. This is not only driving down the property values of all the homeowners on the street, but likely creating a situation that will draw rodents that will create problems and associated health risks for the other residents.

One neighbor said that he had contacted this office four or five weeks ago, and the owner of the wood-burning business was given a citation which they refused to accept. Subsequently, nothing has happened except that the burning is increasing. Please help!

Property being rented by Wallace Cain continues to not be maintained. Broken down red pick-up truck filled with a variety of household debris has been parked in the road for approximately 10 months, continuously blocking the road as well as creating a hazard and providing an optimal breeding ground for mosquitoes as well as vermin. Individuals renting the home have left a large trash can filled with rotting household garbage in the street for over 3 weeks. Additional bags of garbage are piled up outside the garbage bin. Flies, vermin, etc. Tenants continue to have large amounts of household debris in a variety of locations, including the side yard and carport, all of which is visible from the street. A large blue tarp is attached to the roof and side of the house, (maybe to shelter the collection of household stuff/furniture/etc), which is visible to the street as well as the entire neighborhood given the location of the house. The home and yard continue to not be maintained, driving down property values for all homeowners. It is unclear how many people actually live here, as the occupants and variety of cars parked in the driveway change frequently.

Another broken down RV was moved onto this property. This makes 3 trailers or RVs. Also there are several more cars in various stages of tear down, a refrigerator, and lots of trash sprinkled about. Just today the owner's grandson, Lance Martin tore out of the property at 6:30 am and did a few fast doughnuts and then headed on 41st Ave towards 15th St. Another vehicle (a car) followed at a very fast rate of speed. Then a large white double cab truck tore out, missed the turn and fishtailed through the median. On Friday, Lance was burning some oily stuff that was so acrid I had an asthma attack and I live a block away! Can’t something be done???? This was a usually quiet, nice neighborhood. Houses on either side of the Martins can’t be sold because of the junkyard. This is a blight.

This dog day care is abysmal. They currently take 35 dogs daily, there are fights, bites, and not enough staff or room in the facility to accommodate them safely. The owners have NO IDEA what their pets are subjected to when they drop their dogs off. The health code infractions are massive. It’s loud, unsanitary, and most importantly, it’s unsafe for the dogs AND the employees. It violates all of the code ordinances for a pet care facility: size, noise, sanitation. Someone needs to help these dogs and their families. The owners are never onsite and the employees cannot even get them to perform simple repairs.

This facility is holding too many dogs, there are code violations for their care, noise, and the proper sanitation. The smell outside is APPALLING. There have been bits, fights, and several escapes. The staff is spread incredibly thin and there is no intake policy or try out procedure. There is absolutely no way that the owners know the conditions these dogs are kept in. I am a CERTIFIED trainer and I was beyond words at this atrocious facility. They have up to 35 dogs daily, and there are only 5 metal crates for separation if needed. The staff has not been given proper training on emergency medical procedure, the owners are never on-site, and the repair list has not been addressed in years. Please. Someone has to help these dogs. This business should not be allowed to exploit its customers and violate heath and safety codes for the staff or the animals in this manner. There is not licensing of animal care or health codes being observed. There is exposure to chemicals and the facility is too small! Please!

Please help these dogs and their owners! They are all unaware that there dogs are kept this way daily.

Area is known to be populated with protected Gopher Tortoise burrows, including the aforementioned sinkhole, and remediation will require special care.

Property being rented by Wallace Cain continues to be not maintained, resulting in a continued blight on the neighborhood, as well as reduction in property value to homeowners on the street, and the neighborhood as a whole. Copious amounts of household debris continue to occupy the driveway, carport, and side yard outside the home. The debris is visible to all in the neighborhood, with a large blue tarp attached to the side of the home for many months, apparently designed to protect these materials from the elements. The debris continues to be conducive to vermin and other types of pests given the volume and length of time it has been left. For at least 6 months a broken down burgundy pick-up truck has been parked in the street, with the bed filled with various household goods/furnishings, including tv's, chairs, etc. Tires on the truck have been flat for many months with items in the bed repeatedly being rained on, creating a perfect environment for breeding mosquitoes, as well as a potential hazard to children in the neighborhood.

There appears to be another individual living outside on the property in a blue van, who typically parks the vehicle on the front lawn at night, running an extension cord into the vehicle. Vehicle has an ac window unit equipped on the back.
