The company that is doing the construction has not violated the noise ordinance lately, but they are not concerned about sawing concrete for hours early on weekend morning and receiving noisy deliveries just after the curfew ends at 7 a.m. They seem to have no concern for the neighborhood or the patients in the facility. Last week they were cutting down tree limbs and branches and letting them fall onto the Cox Cable lines and the GRU Power lines. Ever since they did this the Transformer in front of the property has been arching, humming and sounds like it is going to blow. They are doing this work at all hours of the day and night both weekdays and weekends. The workers do not speak a word of English and may be undocumented. 6500 SW Archer Road behind the Kanapha station. GRU had trees removed from lift station 163 in October, after several complaints regarding leaving the debris on the side of the road to GRU no-one appears to know who is responsible for removing the over sized tree branches left behind obstucting my mail box and drive way.

Employees from backstreet and neighborhood residents are now making it trash pile. Someone needs to be held accountable for these tree branches left from lift station 163 and it needs to be removed.

Description:
This house was sold on May 2018, overgrown grass, debris everywhere. Bushes overflow into the road, two cars cannot pass each other on 84th Street. Bunch of doors stored in the porch and the black mold is showing. Pool is not secured, and I am pretty sure there is a tree growing on the roof!
