Dogs barking from 6am to 6pm some times earlier for the last two years. These people rent the property and don't care. I have contacted my HOA and nothing has changed. At this point I walk my dog in the front yard to not give the dogs another reason to bark. Everyone around this home is over it! I have read the code and any animal that makes noise for more than 30 mins is braking the code. To top it all off the dogs get out all the time and I video of the dogs at my front door barking at me. Something must be done!

Please ask the owners to remove the trailer.

Most of the mitigated tree buffer was illegally removed for this addition after finally growing in and being established. Please confirm that the area they cleared is owned by the nursing home. I seem to recall the property was owned by Cotton Fletcher and he indicated that the buffer across from Carriage House Lane would not be cleared. The company that is doing the construction has not violated the noise ordinance lately, but they are not concerned about sawing concrete for hours early on weekend morning and receiving noisy deliveries just after the curfew ends at 7 a.m. They seem to have no concern for the neighborhood or the patients in the facility. For the last couple of months, my apartment has gone through several plumbing issues, pipes breaking in the ceiling, walls and floors. Raw sewage even entered the apartment. There is a fowl odor that has been present in the past and currently. My apartment and the entire complex is roach infested. Regency Oaks management to date has failed to fix any of the water damage plastering to the walls, ceiling and floors. They are forcing me to live with a hole in the kitchen so I am unable to cook without having to step on the broken ground as there exists cement, rock-like debris because management has not fixed the floor.

The interior damage and living conditions were so bad that management had to relocate the tenant next door, but has failed to relocate me to another apartment that is habitable. Ever since they did this the Transformer in front of the property has been arching, humming and sounds like it is going to blow. They are doing this work at all hours of the day and night both weekdays and weekends. The workers do not speak a word of English and may be undocumented. They left for a short period of time yesterday but then came back later in the evening and continued working. Description:
Tearing down a house without permit, Watson Construction is hauling the debris. There is asbestos shingles in that debris wonder what they are doing it them. Think the county should be checking this address as well as Watson Construction Site where they are dumping the dumpsters Just a thought

Description:
The house burned recently and it now being demolished without a permit. It should also be noted that the home had asbestos shingles and vinyl siding was placed over these. How exactly does the county track how these are being disposed of? According to your website a permit must be issued for demolition and there is no permit. That is a concern for myself and other residences of the county. The MAIN CONCERN is the asbestos shingles and are they being disposed properly, if the county is not concerned I am sure the EPA will be.
