The back yard of this house has two dead trees that are falling apart and constitutes a risk to the life of the neighbors, since the fall of a branch can cause injuries or a fatality, as well as are damaging the fences of the neighbors, generating large amount of garbage. This situation was reported more than a month ago (Case number 20053464) and Steven Kabat the Landscape Inspector was assigned to this case. The inspector immediately addressed the situation, he visited the site and took pictures, but the owner of the house (CATHERINE) has not taken any action so far to eradicate the dangerous situation.

Subject property is currently in a legal dispute, and this was done as a malicious act against the party filing the motion. Loader dumping the illegal tires and debris bears the name "Whistling Pines Ranch 19712 SW Archer Rd Archer, FL 32618" on its side. Area is known to be populated with protected Gopher Tortoise burrows, including the aforementioned sinkhole, and remediation will require special care.

Description:
Property being rented by Wallace Cain continues to be not maintained, resulting in a continued blight on the neighborhood, as well as reduction in property value to homeowners on the street, and the neighborhood as a whole. Copious amounts of household debris continue to occupy the driveway, carport, and side yard outside the home. The debris is visible to all in the neighborhood, with a large blue tarp attached to the side of the home for many months, apparently designed to protect these materials from the elements. The debris continues to be conducive to vermin and other types of pests given the volume and length of time it has been left. For at least 6 months a broken down burgundy pick-up truck has been parked in the street, with the bed filled with various household goods/furnishings, including tv's, chairs, etc. Tires on the truck have been flat for many months with items in the bed repeatedly being rained on, creating a perfect environment for breeding mosquitoes, as well as a potential hazard to children in the neighborhood.

There appears to be another individual living outside on the property in a blue van, who typically parks the vehicle on the front lawn at night, running an extension cord into the vehicle. Vehicle has an ac window unit equipped on the back.

We noticed on Friday of last week that someone had dumped fertilizer all over the parking lot and streets of Countryway. I live at 1775 SW 247th Street in Countryway. The fertilizer covered the entire parking lot and was sprinkled throughout the roads. The photos I sent are from 2 days after the spill. It was never cleaned up. We had a terrible storm and all the fertilizer just washed into the gutters and directly into our waterways. Florida has had a terrible pollution problem affecting our waters. One of the main reasons is because of fertilizers. Alachua County should fine the person who did this to prevent it from happening again. Our waters don't need this fertilizer washing into it because of this person's lazy actions. The photos don't show how bad it really looked. All the neighbors were upset as well.

Would like to file a complaint on behalf of several Robin Lane neighborhood residents.
The front yard at 7617 NW 42nd Avenue Gainesville, always has several vehicles parked in the front yard and it appears one or two of them are not being used and do not move.
There is always random junk and debris also in the front yard.
For a long time there has been a ladder leaning against the house - appears never to have been moved or used.
When a gate is left open, we can see in the back yard - appears to be construction materials stacked up - blocks, wood, etc. and tall weeds.
But most disturbing of all is a rope tied to a tree and hanging down - we are not saying this is a racial act - but we do have black families living in our neighborhood and it is visible from the front. We do not know what, if anything, is tied to the rope.
It is obvious our property values are decreased - a couple of residences are thinking about selling their homes - who would want to move into this neighborhood with such inconsiderate people who apparently care only about themselves and would let their property be in such condition.
We are really tired of having to drive by this house and see all this stuff every day and hope you can help us.
