The Property Appraiser Data Extract report generates a fixed-width, text data file that the PA's office can use to update their database regarding finalled and COed permits.
When Date Type = Issued Date, the report will output permits with an Issued Date falling within the selected Month and Year.
When Date Type = FINALCO Date, the report will output permits with a CO Date falling within the selected Month and Year and having specified FCC Codes* and permits with a Final Date within the selected Month and Year and FCC Code not in the specified list.
*The list of FCC Codes for which to use CO Date includes 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 213, 214, 318, 319, 320, 321, 322, 323, 324, 325, 326, 327, 328, 329, 437
The data is formatted as fixed-width text with these fields:
The data will be saved with a filename based on the report parameters, such as ISSUED_4-2008.txt, where the name is the date type followed by the month and year.
